Egg Bulls eye / Sunny side up

Ingredients: Eggs : 2 nos Salt to taste Pepper to taste Oil: 1 tsp Method of preparation: Heat a non stick pan and add oil. Once the pan is hot, put it in slow flame. Crack the egg carefully without breaking the yolk. Heat the eggs till egg white is cooked. It aint get easier than this, does it?

Rainbow salad

Ingredients Pomegranate : 1 no Sweet corn(boiled) : 1/2 cup orange : 1 no apple : 1 no cucumber : ½ no carrot : 1 no sesame seeds( white ) : ½ tsp honey : 2 tsp salt lime juice : 1 tsp Method Cut all vegetables and fruits into small cubes. Roast sesame seeds in a pan for one minute with out oil.Add to the cut ingredients, Add honey, salt.and lime juice and shake well and serve in a glass bowl.
