Method
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green chilli,
onion,curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds, add chilli powder, Add grated
coconut and stir well for 1 minute Brake
the eggs directly into the pan and stir
briskly.Add salt and milk and stir well for another minute.Remove from
stove and transfer to a serving dish.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
hot.
