Ingredents:
Mixed fruits : 1kg
(Grapes, Pomegranate, melon, mango, pineapple, papaya)
Cinnamon stick : 3
Lemongrass stalk : 2
Caster sugar : 85gms (add more if you like it sweeter)
Method:
Boil 2 cups of water (use the syrup from the tin if you are using tinned fruits) and mix the sugar in it. Bash the lemon grass and add to the mix. Add cinnamon sticks. Let it boil for 1 minute. Set it aside to cool.
Chop all the fruits into bite size pieces and put in a big bowl. When the sugar syrup cools down, pour into the fruit mix. Cover and keep it in fridge for an hour.
It is an easy and tasty dessert.
