something that my kid will eat without his or her tantrums pheww!!
So here i am sharing one of the breakfast recipes that almost every kid loves. Pancakes!!! One of the simplest, quickest and yummiest breakfast recipe you can ever make.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour - 3 cups
- Buttermilk - 3 cups
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Eggs - 3 Nos
- Butter - 1/3rd cup (Melted)
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder - 11/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- Salt - as per taste(i used 3/4 tsp)
Method:
- In a big bowl Mix all the dry ingredients i.e. all purpose flour , sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Then mix in the wet ingredients i.e. buttermilk, milk and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Once the griddle is hot, use a ladle, take one scoop of the batter and pour it on the the hot griddle. Once you see bubbles on the pancakes turn them (it take s only two minutes to see the bubbles). In a minute or two take the pancakes out from the griddle.
- Make few pancakes and pour maple syrup on top with a cube of butter.
