Soft and Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes


A common question that boggles our mind daily specially moms! what should i make for breakfast??
something that my kid will eat without his or her tantrums pheww!!
So here i am sharing one of the breakfast recipes that almost every kid loves. Pancakes!!! One of the simplest, quickest and yummiest breakfast  recipe you can  ever make.


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. All Purpose Flour - 3 cups
  2. Buttermilk - 3 cups
  3. Sugar - 3 tbsp
  4. Eggs - 3 Nos
  5. Butter - 1/3rd cup (Melted)
  6. Milk - 1/2 cup
  7. Baking Powder - 11/2 tsp
  8. Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  9. Salt - as per taste(i used 3/4 tsp)
Method:
  1. In a big bowl Mix all the dry ingredients i.e. all purpose flour , sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2.  Then mix in the wet ingredients  i.e. buttermilk, milk and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Once the griddle is hot, use a ladle, take one scoop of the batter and pour it on the  the hot griddle. Once you see bubbles on the pancakes turn them (it take s only two minutes to see the bubbles). In a minute or  two  take the pancakes out from the griddle.
  4. Make few pancakes and pour maple syrup on top with a cube of butter.
