Garlic Bread Roll

Hello Friends! Today i will be sharing the recipe of Garlic Bread Roll. Very tasty, soft and fluffy bread rolls. My kid loves it.  It tastes best when its hot from the oven .


Ingredients:
1. All Purpose flour - 2 1/2 cups
2. Instant Yeast - 1 tsp
3. Milk - 1/2 cup
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Melted Butter - 3 tbsp
6. Sugar - 2 tbsp
7. Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
8. Dry Parsley Leaves - 1 tsp
9. Eggs - 2 Nos + 1 Nos

Method:
1. In warm milk put in the yeast and sugar. Mix it well and keep it aside for 5 minutes till you see bubbles being formed.
2. In a big bowl take 2 cups of flour, salt, garlic powder, dry parsley leaves and butter.Mix them well with a spatula.
3.Mix the mixture properly till you see the bottom clear (the dough should not be sticking to the bottom)
4. Place the dough in a big bowl. You will see that the dough will rise to its double size.
5. Push the dough with your fingers and deflate it.
6. Cut the dough into  8 parts.
7. With the pastry roller flatten the small dough pieces one by one. Roll them slowly and place it on a buttered or oiled baking tray.
8. After an hour, place the baking tray in the pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes.
 The Garlic bread tastes the best when had hot
