Bannana Walnut Loaf Cake

One of the easiest and yummiest cake you can make in 45 minutes. If you have very ripe bananas and want to make something special, this is one of the recipes you should try.Kids will love it, (you can make your kids eat walnut through this recipe, I make my husband eat walnut through this recipe hehehe!!).. hope you enjoy baking this cake.
Ingredients:


  • All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3 nos
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup(room temp)
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Ripe Banana - 2
  • Walnuts - a handful or according to your preference
Method:

  1. Sift the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt 3 times into a container.
  2. Beat sugar, butter and eggs one by one. 
  3. once they are mixed well add in the mashed banana. keep mixing till you bubbles in the mixture.
  4.  Little by little add in the sifted dry ingredients (1 step).
  5. Mix well with a spatula or a hand mixer.
  6. add in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Switch on the oven and set the temperature at 350 degrees. Let it pre heat.
  8. By the time it gets pre heated prepare the Cake tin by applying  butter and and sift some all purpose flour on the tin by turning around the tin so that the all purpose flour sticks on to the entire tin.
  9. Bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes . poke a fork or stick to see if the cake is cooked. (you will see that if the cake is cooked the fork comes out clean.)
  10. serve the cake with tea, coffee or hot chocolate milk.
