Ingredients:
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – ½ cup
Red Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Ginger – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 nos
Salt – As per your taste
Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
Oil – For deep Frying
Method:
In a bowl mix the gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder,
salt, garam masala. add the thinly sliced onions and spinach mix them roughly
with your hands. Keep them aside for 15 minutes so that the water from the
onion and the leaf mixes with the batter.
After 15 minutes add very little required water and mix them
well. Make sure that the batter is not very liquid. It has to be thick, it
should not flow out from the spoon.
Take small portions in the spoon and drop it into the hot
oil.
Fry till they cook and becomes brown from outside.
The spinach pakoda is ready to be served with mint chutney.
