Chikku / Sapota Milk Shake

Chikku / Sapota Milk Shake
I could hear my husband's stomach growl all the way from the next room.  Evening snack was out of question as the fridge is nearly empty. And weighing machine is repeatedly telling me to avoid anything oily. I get this strange feeling that the machine will shout at me very soon.
Ahh, there we are, we had sapota ( also known as Sapodilla, chikku and what not). And my hubby loves that. I have decided to make a milkshake out of it. I call it chikku shake. My husband called it oman shake. I guess its because the name sharjah was already taken :).

Anyway, coming back to the original topic, this shake will definitely soothe my hubbys tummy, But i am not so certain about that weighing scale. May be i'll avoid walking around it this evening.
Do try this recipe and let me know how it came out.

Ingredients:
Chiku/Sapota - 4 nos
Milk - 1 cup( can vary according to the consistency)
Sugar - 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Wash the chiku/sapota properly and peel of the skin. Cut it into medium sized cubes and put it into the grinder mixer along with the sugar.
2. Pour the milk and keep the grinder on for about 3 minutes.
3. Put some ice into a tall glass. (Ps: I had neither tall glass nor the ice when i made the shake, so i skipped this step :) )
4. Pour the shake into the glass.
