Ingredients
- Fish : 250 gms
- Olive oil : 3 tbsp
- Butter : 2 tbsp
- Garlic : 3 nos, finely chopped
- Fresh lemon juice : 5 tbsp
- Mint leaves : 1 twig, finely chopped
- Tomato : 1 no, chopped.
- Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper : 1/4 tsp.
- Turmeric : 1/4 tsp.
- Oregano
- Salt to taste
Method
Clean the fish and cut it into desired size.
Add Salt, chilli powder, pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, turmeric and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Gently saute the garlic in butter for about 2 minutes.
Stir in 3 tbsp lemon juice, tomato and mint leaves.
Add salt to taste and remove from heat.
In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the fish.
Pan fry one side on high heat for 3 minutes. Flip and cook other side 1-2 more minutes. Cook until fish is cooked through.
Transfer to serving dish. Pour the sauce over the fish. Sprinkle oregano on top of it.
