Oats Poha in 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Oats Poha recipe

Oats - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium sized
Chana dal - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chilly - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - 1 tbsp ( you can vary according to your preference)
Peanuts - 1 tbsp (optional)
Green Chillies - 2 ( can  vary according to your spice levels)
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves - 1 tbsp( for garnishing)
Oil - 1 tsp


Method:

In a pan heat oil, once the oil gets hot add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and dry red chilly. sought for 10 sec. Add the chopped onion and green chillies. After the onions turn light brown in color add turmeric powder and salt. Mix them well for about a minute. sprinkle water and mix till the oats mixture gets wet ( do not pour water just sprinkle). See to it that you dont sprinkle lot of water. once that is done add lemon juice and sugar.
Garnish the poha with corriander leaves.

This is a very easy and quick recipe.
