Method
Slice bitter guard in to very thin pieces. Rub in salt, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chillies to the bitter guard. Keep for half an hour. Sprinkle one tb sp of rice flour over it and fry in a non stick pan, stirring all the time, so that it is fried uniformly. Sprinkle chilly powder if desired.
Serve hot with plain rice.
