Palak curry

Palak curry recipe
Ingredients

Palak  leaves          6
Green chilli            1
Pearl onions           2        
Mustard seeds       ¼ tsp
Cummin seeds       ¼ tsp
Saltto taste
Water                     ¼ cup
Milk                       ½ cup
Oil                          2 tsp

Method

Wash palak leaves in running water and drain. Heat oil in  a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add sliced  onions,split green chilli and sauté till transparent. Add turmeric powder and cummin seeds  powder,stir well and then add palak leaves and saute for one minute. Pour water and cook covered for 2 minutes. Add salt and let it cool. Grind  well with milk to a smooth paste.

Serve with rotis/porattas or chappaties.
