Ginger Pachadi ( Curd Ginger )


GINGER PACHADI ( CURD GINGER )
Ingredients
Ginger                         150 gms
Curd                            1 cup
Green chillies              3
Dry red chilli               2
Curry leaves                10
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds             ¼ tsp
Oil                               2 tsp

Method
Chop ginger and green chillies

Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard, when it crackles, add   cut red chilli and and after a few seconds, add green chillies and ginger and fry them to  golden brown Remove from fire. Add curd , curry leaves, and salt and stir well. Keep for some time.  Serve cold.
