Chilli Potatoes


Chilli Potatoes recipe
Ingredients

Potatoes                         4
Chilli flakes                    2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying          1 cup
Ghee                              2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Onion                            1

Method

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into small cubes.Keep the cut potatoes in water.

Keep a frying pan on fire and pour 1 cup of oil and bring it to boil. Drain potatoes which is kept in water  and fry till a very light golden colour. ( like French fries).Add salt.

Heat another pan and add ghee, fry cubed onion, before it changes colour  add chilli flakes and then fried potatoes. Stir well and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with fried rice or ghee rice.
