Method
Cut the beef / mutton into small cubes. Remove the fat from the meat. Cook meat with salt, green chillies, 1 onion (Chopped), powdered cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom in a pressure cooker. Dont add any water. The beef will cook in its own water.
Grind nuts and khuskhus to a smooth paste. Finely slice 2 onions. Cut the tomatoes to 8 pieces.
Take a heavy bottom pan and heat the ghee in it. Saute the onions till they turn transparent. Add ground nuts and khuskhus. Sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes and then sauté again for 2 minutes.
Add cooked meat and saute for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk and heat in low flame for 5 minutes.
Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
