Besan Laddu

Basan laddu recipe
Ingredients:

  • Gram flour : 1 1/2 cup
  • Rava : 2 tbsp
  • Ghee : 1/2 cup
  • Sugar : 1/4 cup (Powdered)
  • Cardomom : 1 tsp ( Powdered) 

Method:
Mix gram flour, rava and ghee. Roast it on low flame on a pan till it turns brown. Once its roasted, take it out the pan into a bowl.
Add sugar and cardamom and mix thoroughly till it forms a smooth dough.
Roll it into balls. You can also decorate it with dry fruits on top of the laddu.
