Ingredients:
- Idly : 7 nos
- Onion : 1 medium sized one
- Green Chilly : 1 nos
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilly powder : 1 1/2 tsp
- Corriander leaves : 1 sprig
- Curry leaves : 7 leaves
- Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
Heat oil in frying pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds have popped, add finely chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté them till onion becomes golden brown. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and sauté for 1 minutes at low flame.
Cut the idly into small cubes and add into the pan. Add a little oil and mix the idly well. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
