- Wheat flour : 1 1/2 cup
- Sugar syrup : 1/2 cup
- Crushed cardamom : 6 nos
- Salt to taste
- Ghee : 2 tbsp
Method
Use a wide mouth vessel to knead the dough. Add a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp ghee, cardamom and wheat flour into the vessel. Knead the flour by using sugar syrup instead of water, till the dough becomes soft.
Make balls of dough. Roll each of the ball till they form a circle. Spread a spoon of ghee and fold the sides in and roll them again to form a circle.
Heat the parantha on a frying pan on a slow flame till they are cooked inside. Add a touch of ghee on the surface. and the sweet parantha is ready.
