
Spinach 200gms
Green chillies 2Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Garlic 2
Coconut gratings ½ cup
Cummin seeds ¼ t sp
Mustard ½ tsp
Dry red chilli 2
Oil 2 tb sp
Curry leaves
Small onions 5
Wash and cut
spinach finely. Grind coconut gratings, green chilli, turmeric powder, cummin
seeds, and garlic coarsely. Heat a pan and add oil. When the oil is very hot,
add mustard seeds and when it crackles add cut dry red chilli and curry leaves.
Add cut onions and sauté for one minute, add spinach. Make a little space in
the middle and put the ground masala and cover with spinach. Cover the pan and
cook for 2 minutes. Open the lid and stir well, cover with lid and continue
cooking for 3 minutes. Stir well and remove from stove.
