Fish : ½ kg
Chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves : 10 nos
Pepper : ½ tsp
Garlic : 1 no
Small onions : 2 nos
Oil : 3 tbsp
Clean fish,
give superficial cuts on either sides so
that the gravy will sink in. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste and
rub into the fish. Marinate for one hour. Keep a frying pan on the stove, add 3
tbsp oil and when the oil is warm, spread some curry leaves in the oil and fry fish over it.
Curry leaves give a very good aroma to the fish. It’s yummy.

my favorite dish of all times! simple and best! I can munch down a truck full of them. And they look damn delicious petty!
