Pachamanga Raitha / Raw Mango Raitha

Ingredients

Raw mango : 1
Onion :1                                       
Green chilli  : 1
Ginger : one small piece
Garlic : 1
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Cumin seeds powder : ½ tsp
Curd : 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder : ¼ tsp

Method

        Remove the skin of mango and grate, squeeze the grated mango. ( the juice can be used as a refreshing cool drink adding water and a pinch of salt ) Chop the onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix all together with grated mango. Add curd and cumin seed powder. Add salt, mix well and cover with a cling film and refrigerate for one hour.

       Just before serving,  sprinkle red chilli powder on top. Radish, cucumber, or carrot  also can be used the same way instead of mango.
