Potato Bajee


Ingredients 
Big Potatoes : 4
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Gram flour : ½ cup
Water : ¼ cup
Green chilli : 1
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

 Method
        Wash and remove the skin of potatoes and slice in to very thin round pieces, rub in salt and keep aside. Mix gram flour, salt, chilli powder, green chilli  and  water to a very thick consistency. Heat oil in a frying pan, dip the potato pieces in the batter and fry to a golden colour stirring occasionally.
     Serve hot  with hot and sweet tomato sauce. This is an easy tea time snack. Instead of potatoes, sweet potato or raw plantains or big green chilli also can be used.
