Pineapple Pudding



Ingredients
Pineapple pudding recipe
Finely cut pineapple                2 cups
Condensed milk                      1 tin
Milk                                         2 ½ tin
Sugar                                       5 tb sp
Water                                      1 ½ cup
Cloves                                     6
Thick cream                             ½ cup
Vanilla essence                        ¼ t sp
China grass                              10 gms
Custard powder                      1 tb.sp

Method

            Cook finely cut pineapple with 3 tb.sp sugar, cloves stirring occasionally. Remove when it is well cooked with ½ cup syrup.

             Soak china grass in water for a few minutes, wash well drain and cut it finely.

 Heat condensed milk and 2 tins milk together in a pan stirring constantly. Dissolve custard powder in ½ tin milk and add it to the hot milk. Add the remaining sugar and continue stirring. Remove from stove just before boiling.

Melt china grass with 1 ½ cup water in another pan. When it is melted, strain it to the custard, and mix well.  After two minutes, add ¼ tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup cream and mix well.  Pour it into a glass dish and allow it to cool. When it is half set, spread the pineapple with the syrup beautifully all over the custard. Cool in the fridge.

Cut into desired shape and serve. This is a very delicious pudding.
