Iddily Bajje

Ingredients
Iddly bajje recipe
Leftover iddillies :     10
Gram flour :               1cup
Salt to taste
Water :                      ¼ cup
Oil to fry
Green chillies :          2
Ginger :                     a small piece
Chilly powder :         ¼ tsp
Asafoetida :              a pinch
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Method

       Finely chop green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves, mix with gram flour, salt, chilly powder, asafoetida and water to make  a thick batter. Cut each iddily in  to 4 pieces, dip it in the batter and fry to golden colour in a non stick frying pan. Serve with tomato sauce. It is a very tasty tea time snack.
