Dry Mango, coconut chutney


Dry coconut mango chutney recipe
Ingredients:

  • Grated coconut : 1 cup
  • Green chilli : 2 nos
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Raw mango : 1/2 nos
  • Small onion : 4 nos
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
  • Dry Red chilli : 2 nos


Method:
In the smallest jar in the mixer grinder, add coconut, green chilli, ginger, mango, 2 onion and some salt. Add t tbsp water. Grind them to for a minute.

In a pan, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, red chilli, 2 chopped onion. Sauté them till the onion in transparent. Add the above grinded coconut. Heat for 5 minutes and the chutney is ready to serve.
