Sweet potato : 250 gms
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Sugar : 5tbsp
Milk : 1/2 cup
Butter : 1 tbsp
Cardamom : 1 piece
Cooking time : 25 mins
Method of preparation:
Cook sweet potatoes in little water,peel the skin and mash it. Add grated coconut ,milk, sugar, butter and finely powdered cardamom to the mash and knead to a smooth dough.
Make small lemon size balls from the dough.
Pre heat oven to 200 c and bake the balls in a buttered tray for 30 minutes at 200 c. Take it out of oven and enjoy the dish.
