Sear fish : Pan fry recipe


Sear fish fry recipeIngredients:
Sear fish  : 4 well cut pieces
Salt: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes : 1tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Oil  : 2 tbsp
Lemon : 1 piece


Cooking time : 25 mins

Method of preparation:
Mix salt, chilli flakes and turmeric and sprinkle on top of the fish. Keep this aside for 20 mins

Meanwhile Heat the pan on high flame. Add oil into the pan. Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to low flame. Add the fish to the hot pan and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the fish upside down and  add few drops of lemon juice to each piece of fish. Fry it for another few minutes. The fish is ready to serve.
