Ingredients
Eggs : 5 nos
Big onions : 1 1/2 nos
Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato : 1/2 tomato
Turmeric : 1/4 tsp
Pepper : 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method of preparation:
Heat Oil and fry the mustard seeds. Add Onions and saute till golden brown. Add chilli and chopped tomatoes. heat in slow flame until the tomatoes have blended into the onion.
Boil the egg and peel the shell off the boiled eggs. In a separate non stick pan, heat little oil and fry the boiled eggs. Cut the egg in half and fry the inside half also. Keep the eggs in serving plate and add saluted onion and tomatoes on top of the egg and serve hot.
